The Grenache in this blend was aged in a concrete vessel to preserve the beautiful red berry fruit. The remaining varietals were aged in new French oak for 22 months. The Syrah and Mourvedre had a light touch of whole cluster fermentation that adds a nice spicy note. We added the Tempranillo for color as well as a bit more structure in the mouth feel to balance the soft Grenache. Enjoy now until 2026.
