2019 Claude's Cuvee

Our Claude’s Cuvee is a Syrah based blend that is full bodied with ripe tannins. All four varietals were co-fermented with 40% whole cluster and barrel aged in 70% new French oak for 22 months. Amazing fresh violets and mint chocolate on the nose. Flavors of herbed meat, spicy black fruit & earth with a nice texture and a great finish. This wine will pair nicely with BBQ ribs or sausage stuffed mushrooms. Cases produced 186. Enjoy now until 2031.
