2019 Willow's Cuvee

Our Willow’s Cuvee is a gorgeous GSM blend. The Syrah, Mataro, and Tempranillo were co-fermented with 100% stem inclusion on the Syrah. The Grenache was fermented separately aged in neutral French to preserve the luscious red berry. Six months after fermentation all varietals are blended together and barreled back down in 65% new French oak for the remaining 15 months. Beautiful Ruby in color with notes of dry herbs and earth. Lively cherry & boysenberry fruit with gorgeous floral notes accented with baking spice. This wine is soft and juicy but full of texture with a long lasting finish. Pairs wonderfully with a nicely seasoned ribeye or garlic and herb roasted lamb chops. Cases produced 213. Enjoy now until 2031.
