2020 Westberg Red
$75
SOLD OUT
This Zinfandel co-ferment we do for our Uncle Tom Westberg. He made wine for three decades in Paso Robles and Zinfandel was his favorite varietal to work with. Winemaker, Don Burns, co-ferments with Tempranillo and Petite Sirah for a brighter and fresher take on single varietal Zins. It's an alluring garnet in color. This unique marriage was aged in 70% new French oak for 22 months. Bourbon soaked cherries and Japanese plum accented with tempered spice and leather. This wine is Mid to full pallet with spectacular acidity and a long-lasting finish. Cases produced 259. Enjoy now until 2032.
